董事经理助理
Assistant of Managing Director

岗位职责:
1、协助董事经理处理日常事务,管理安排领导日程; 
2、负责协调高管组织召开的内、外部会议,准备相关文件,完成会议纪要;
3、协助董事经理完成客户的跟踪、落实工作;
4、协助董事经理进行内、外部沟通,及时准确地传达信息和要求;
5、负责传达、完成董事经理布置的其他各项任务;
6、协助董事经理完成各项文件的翻译工作。

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Managing Director to handle daily affairs, arrange MD’s schedule.
2. Be responsible for coordinating and managing internal and external meetings of the company, preparing relevant document and finishing record the meeting.
3. Assist the Managing Director to complete customer tracking and implementing work.
4. Assist the Managing Director to conduct effective and accurate communication inside and outside of the company.
5. Assist the Managing Director to complete the translation.
6. Accomplish other works assigned by the Managing Director.

任职要求:
1、文秘、行政、英语等相关专业毕业,本科以上学历,有一年以上工作经验;
2、有海外留学或者工作背景,能够熟练用英语沟通交流者优先;
3、有优秀的学习和执行力,亲和力好,责任心强,关注细节,具有良好的个人素  养;
5、良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神;
6、熟练使用Office办公软件;
7、熟悉公关、广告行业者优先考虑。

Requirements:
1. Graduate in secretarial studies, business administration, English or other related discipline. Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of related working experience.
2. Overseas study or working background and fluent communication in English is preferred.
3. Excellent in learning and executive ability. Good appetency, strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and good personal accomplishment.
4. Excellent in communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork.
5. Proficient in MS Office applications.
6. Be familiar with PR and advertising industry is preferred.

公关总监
PR  Account Director

岗位职责
1、 负责参与公司及客户的相关品牌推广、传播策略以及计划的制定;
2、 带领团队完成日常传播工作,包括传播方案的撰写、传播规划、预算、执行和报告等,保证日常服务质量,提升客户满意度;
3、 负责公关及媒体关系工作,积极与客户进行沟通,保持畅通、和谐的合作关系;
4、 把握整体服务水平,对方案、稿件、执行质量、创意等内容把关,达到客户要求;
5、 不断累积与公司相关的必要知识,准确、及时、全面的做好公关工作,战略性的运用公关媒介,做好日常及危机公关;
6、 建立并不断完善品牌公关团队各项规章制度和工作流程。 

Responsibilities:
1 . Be responsible for promoting the image of brands and products, communication strategy and planning for clients.
2.  Lead the team to complete communication and spreading, including write news releases, plan media strategy, Budget management, etc. to enhance clients’ satisfaction.
3.  Enhance relations with media, ensure harmonious relationships with clients.
4.  Oversee whole service level, ensure planning, press, originality conforming to requirements of the clients.
5.  Accumulate necessary knowledge related to the PR, to ensure an excellent job accurately and timely. To use public media strategic to do daily and crisis management.
6.  Establish and improve the PR team in line with company each rules and regulations.

任职要求:
1、 本科以上学历,5年以上相关工作经验,良好的专业背景,熟悉客户服务流程中的各个环节;
2、 具有广泛的社会关系和客户资源,有大客户品牌全案服务和公关传播的经验;
3、 有海外留学或者工作背景,具有优秀的英语口语及书写能力者优先;
4、 优秀的撰写能力和提案能力,有效组织项目提案和管理;
5、 出色的领导能力,组织及协调能力,市场传播策划能力及现场控制能力,善于与客户沟通;

Requirements:
1.  Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of related working experience. A good professional background, familiar with the process of customer service in every link.
2.  Have a wide range of social relations and customer resources, have the service experience for famous brand.
3.  With overseas study or working background, prefer to the ones who excellent in written and spoken English.
4.  Good at writing news releases, planning and management.
5.  Excellent leadership, organization and coordination. Marketing communications skills and site control ability. Good at communication with clients.

客户主管/高级客户主管
Account Manager

岗位职责:
1、 负责新闻发布会、高端论坛会议、巡展、路演等商业活动的策划与组织实施;           
2、 负责活动执行方案的拟写,流程把控、组织、执行、跟踪报道、监测总结; 
3、 负责项目前期场地勘察、供应商询价、报价及质量把控;
4、 负责活动现场的AV设备搭建工作及相关的流程把控、后勤支持等项目运营工作; 
5、 与客户保持良好的沟通,维护各活动项目的客户关系。

Responsibilities:
1.  Be responsible for planning and organizing the press conference, the high-end forum meeting, tour, road shows, and other business activities.
2.  Be responsible for writing activities implementation plans, process control, organization, execution, tracking and monitoring.
3.  Be responsible for the early stage of site survey for event project, supplier inquiry, quotation and quality control.
4.  Be responsible for AV equipment setting up of the activity, process control and support etc.
5.  Keep communication with clients, maintain good relationship with clients.

任职要求:
1、 三年以上的大型活动执行和项目管理相关经验,了解活动流程及各环节工作细则 ;
2、 具有AV设备、活动搭建、制作材料等相关知识, 并且对相关新知识能保持积极学习的态度 ;
3、 具备出色的团队领导能力、沟通能力、第三方管理能力和谈判能力 ;
4、 服务意识强、工作责任心强、能承受较强的工作压力;
5、 有一定的英文听说读写能力。

Requirements:

平面设计
Graphic Designer (2D)

岗位职责:
1、 与小组成员共同制定项目创意设计方案,为客户提供有创意和空间想象力的设计方案;
2、 独立完成项目展览展示的设计图稿,确保作品创作质量,达到并超过客户对作品的期望;
3、 主要负责日常平面设计及相关物料设计;
4、 根据客户及具体项目要求,独立完成中小型项目的方案设计及制作;
5、 配合资深设计师完成重要大型项目的平面设计;
6、 积极与客户和项目团队沟通协作,确保项目在各方对设计方案与效果能充分了解和认可的条件下,得到顺利实施。

Responsibilities
1.  Work with team members to make creative project programmes, providing creative ideas and imaginative designing programmes for clients.
2.  Accomplish graphic artwork for project exhibition independently, and ensure the quality to achieve even beyond client expectation.
3.  Be responsible for daily graphic design and relevant materials design.
4.  Complete design projects independently according to requirements of clients and projects.
5.  Assist and support senior designer to accomplish important graphic design of large project.
6.  Coordinate with project team and clients in the execution of the project to ensure the designing and effect can be satisfied by each side.

任职要求:
1、 有海外留学背景或者工作背景者优先;
2、 艺术院校设计专业,大专以上学历;
3、 熟练运用Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign、CorelDraw等设计软件,熟悉3Dmax者优先;
4、 熟悉设计输出、印刷等后期制作工艺流程;
5、 理解能力强,有新颖的设计思想、丰富的想象力, 思维活跃,喜欢接受并体验新生事物,能够高效、独立完成相关工作。

Requirements:
1.  Overseas study or working background is preferred.
2.  Junior college degree or above with art and design major.
3.  Proficiency in Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign、CorelDraw and 3dmax is a plus.
4.  Good understanding of design output, post-printing art and other post-product process.
5.  Be quick on the uptake, creative in design and imagination, proactive and open-minded for novelty, efficient and independent at work.
