Q: Hi Phu, and thank you very much for sharing your story with everybody.
A: “It’s a pleasure for me to let everybody know a little part of our company.”
Q: Perfect, so we can start; how old are you?
A: “I’m 25 now.”
Q: Where did you study and what you studied?
A: “I studied in Sheffield, UK, and I studied Furniture and Product design.”
Q: How long have you been working for Brand Head?
A: “I started working in 2013/05 so now I’ve been working for 6 months.”
Q: Why did you decided to work with Brand Head?
A: “Because it was exactly what I wanted to do, here I’m free to create and to develop projects in the way I want to do! Also the fast integration with colleagues helped my stay here”
Q: How is important the communication between different departments?
A: “It’s basic. Efficiency in communication it’s necessary especially when clients give us information about projects and we have to let everybody know it in order to answer quickly.”
Q: Which is your role inside the company?
A: “I’m the 3Ddesigner, so I have to develop concepts of stages, exhibitions and events for customers.”
Q: Which programs do you use for your projects?
A: “In particular I use 3ds Max and Vray; sometimes I also use AutoCad and Photoshop.”
Q: Which projects have you been working to now?
A: “Lots of projects like: The German Ball, Taikoo Li Christmas Event, China World Mall, Nubia, Turkish Airlines…”
Q: Which is your best project? Why?
A:“I enjoyed so much working on GPHG Event, because I had to design something totally new, that never existed before like the beautiful mirror showcases, and the customer was really happy; I’m really proud of that project.”
Q: How long do you take for creating a proposal? And to set up the concept into the final creation?
A: ”It depends on the size of the project, but in general, since we elaborate the concept, I take 3 or 4 working days to set up the project.”
Q: Are you the only 3D designer here?
A: “Yes, by now I’m the only one here.”
Q: Rate your experience here at BH.
A: “You know, it’s a young company and it’s expanding very fast; more opportunities means more goals and our Managing Director, Gary Zhou, is very open to new things and ideas. In my opinion this is the best Creative PR Event Agency in Beijing.”
